What is the difference in responsibility, managing time, paying fees for college compared to high school?

In college your parents and teachers aren't going to remind you constantly to do your homework or study anymore so you need to rely on yourself to remember assignments and actually do them. Studying for finals and doing final papers is nothing like it was in High School, it's incredibly stressful (I've had plenty meltdowns...) so DO NOT leave it to the last minute!! Fees are annoying too because as if you're not paying enough for tuition or dorm or books you have to pay like another couple hundred dollars for fees. Sorry for the rant.
