Important college question!!?

ps do i have to declare a major for this school if i want to do engineering later. i ask this because a lot of school i have looked at say that you must declare if you are majoring in engineering. if i dont have to, it will increase my chances.

Your resume looks good. In most schools, engineering is a separate school. It is important to get started on the requirements for graduation in engineering, there are many pre-requisites for upper level courses. I think it is necessary to state engineering. Transferring later would be more difficult if you start with a liberal arts first year. You need to ask the admissions there about their requirements and how you should apply. Do retake your SAT's. ACT's show off a science major better. Generally you can raise them by 50 points each time you take them.(SAT's) Did you take an SAT course? they help on how to answer questions. I do interviewing for Cornell, which has an excellent engineering school.
education is the key
I think you have a chance, but do what you can to get that Math SAT up. I wouldnt stress about it too much though, you should be able to get into a decent engineering school.
