What will it take for me to go to College in the UK(US Resident)?

Question:
Hello, I am currently a freshman and my aspirations is to go to college in the UK and apply for citizenship there. But I DO NOT want to study abroad.
Now my question is what do I have to do in my remaining four years of high school to get there? Do I have to take certain AP courses or get a very high GPA? I'm definitely confused of what I have to do. I've heard of a lot of people telling me that I should get a scholarship, but my chances of getting one are not that great because basically my GPA is around 2.0
Basically what I NEED to know is what I have to achieve in my four years of high school and what I have to DO to apply to a college in the UK as a US resident and actually go there.
-Thank You

Answer:
These are good questions, but you should be asking these to the school you wish to go to. Find the school you are interested in and go from there. I'm sure they'll help you in any way possible.
