Where can I sell my college Textbooks back for the most $$?

Question:
I have college textbooks that the university made new editions of. The prices I paid are rediculouse, and they want to give me crap for them back. I've been to a few online book trader websites, but which ones are the BeST?

Thanks!

PS: We're getting screwed with book prices! Let's change it!

Answer:
either Amazon.com or ebay
ebay
amazon...
e-bay.
i sell mine on e-bay, search for the ones you have and see how much they are going for
i liked to use campusbooks.com

half.com
I have the same problem. I started selling my books in Half.com, they are pretty good. I tried to sell a book on Amazon but they charge you commission whereas 1/2.com doesn't. Remember that you get your money at the end of the month, not right away. But it stills works good.
well if you dont like Ebay or places like that, you could try other websites or selling to a classmate? But, usually college never give you enough money back for what you paid for them, which i think is really unfair. good luck!
I think Amazon would be your best bet. I've sold mine there for years! By the way, you might want to do spell check with that word: ridiculous.
I don't know how my books are more expensive then my classes sometimes. I would sell them to students in the hallway for a few bucks cheaper, try during peak registration time.
Yea thats true its a complete rip off. One of my books was like $200+ and the class sucked anyways.

Id say your best bet would be through amazon or ebay - since i know alot of my college friends use these sites to buy their books cheaper. I dont really know of a buy back service that will actually give u a good deal, most likely you have to use an online merchant such as E-bay
Try ebay. Start them at a little lower then the price you want and you could probably get a good price for them, espically if they are in good condition. My aunt sold alot of my cousins university books on ebay and got alot of money for them.
try selling your books to another student or on craigslist.com. the other student gets a great deal because they will still pay less than the used book price at the bookstore and you will get more than bookbuy back prices.
