College Transfer Students..?

Question:
If you transfer from a two year Community College to a 4 year college (out of state) do you still have to pay the out of state fees??

Answer:
if you are out of state, you are out of state and would have to pay those fees, regardless if you had attended another college or not. if you have not established residency in the state of your 4 year college for at least 6 months (some say 1 year) you are considered out of state.
It is USUALLY that way. Check with the college you plan to attend for clarification.
If you don't have residency in the state that you are attending school, no matter if you are a transfer or not, you will have to pay out of state tuition.
not if you've been living in the state you're planning on going to school in. I think it's a 2 year minimum.
