Youth in any country is most valuable asset, This Asset is unique since it has capacity to generate more for the country, Developing Country like Philpine needs to make people much more better in Education and facilitate them.
Now this was your opening, You can even start with Quotations like "Chairman Mao said : Take everything just leave China and my youth, I'll make China Best country in the world"
Discuss educational issues in Body, like Lack of schools, Institution, Playing fields, then discuss Saturated market and lack of opportunity for Educated Youth, after that give reasons why you want change, Change can be mentioned with Setting up new offices and factories, and just be confident that "Youth can do everything, Just need finance to start"
In the Ending, Give Solid reasons and your perception about youth, as a part of youth what you can do for this country.
