There are scholarships for people with certain disabilities such as your student, veterans kids, elderly, political, enviromentalist, race, minoirty, I'm sure you get my point.

Most colleges have special testing and also special programs for both. They offer turoring also.
the inability to sit down and follow instructions and do what you're told is not a disability. It's lack of home training. Get real lady. You are part of what's wrong with the teaching profession today; buch of coddlers to bad kids.
