Hi! What should I do if I am not a student with high academic records for getting scholarships?
Question:
I suggest that you find a job and save some money for graduate study later.
I had good grades but didn't earn any scholarships. When I finished my undergraduate degree, I got a job and worked for a few years as a teacher and worked on my graduate degree in the evenings and summer school. I even took on a second job to pay the expenses of grad school. Many of my friends took out huge loans but I did not.
go to work for a while and then go back to school
There are lots of scholarships which require essays.
Don't kill yourself over it.
Life will work out.. just keep doing what you can and things will come through.
You could always hoar yourself to make some extramoney that may be illegal where you are though.
I'm poor too I'd love to study in the tropics or subtropics but finances are hard. Still considering it. I have this year to put behind me, if I continue with UNI I might try to position myself for foreign study but I only really speak english I'm hoping to take more french over the year - I'm sort of interested in studying in French Guyana (if I can pick up more french) as apparently it's cheap to live there.
The only way to make quick money is to do things where there is demand and next to no supply.
That may vary from place to place.
