Question:
I am interested in Penn Foster College (you attend at home online or by mail) and the only way I can afford it plus buy the supplies I need is if I get a student loan but none of the websited I have found recognize Penn Foster. It is an accredited college by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). I am almost 21 and have been out of high school for over 2 years and I'm not interested too much in scholarships. I have searched and tried many of the student loan websites out there but nobody has Penn Foster on their list. Anybody know where I can get a student loan?
Answer:
They do accept grants and loans... U need to contact Penn Foster and tell the FA office u need the SCHOOL CODE for FA.. Be prepared to be sent from place to place for ur answers. (I was).. If u attend the ONLINE only program, it's a whole different aid office than if u attend the main school
