Can you tell me the procedure of applying to a scholarship ?

which university /college would possibly offer full scholarship (music aspect) for international student ? (I just wanna have a try ,so I said that )

First of all you need to make sure you know when the deadlines are. Most scholarships will require an essay of wh yyou desearve it, or what your career goals are. etc. Be ready to write about 500 words or more. Fill in all parts of the application, do not leave anything blank. Make sure you stress your financial aid as much has you can, and put all of your vollunteer and school activiies in your essay and on your application. You want to look great so that the award commitees want YOU over others. Make sure to get reference letters from your teachers, principal, and volunteer community members. Send it off, and wait in the mail, and don't be afraid to call them and ask any questions, thats what they are there for! Good Luck, and don't forget apply for as many as you can!
