i was in states custody till my 18th birthday and i now am in college and need to come up with $13000 by mach 1 or i cant graduate. i really need help but i have no cosigner and i have bad credit any suggestions i already have all the federal aid i can get

have you applied for unsubsidized loans. You can get those whether THE FAFSA says you need them or not. It's going to be hard to come up with that much money in a short time. Talk to the school..they maybe able to help IF you tell them you are having to quit with only one semester left.
Have you been to your school's finance office? If you are really only one semester away from graduation, talk to them to see what you can do.
