Army ROTC College Scholarships?

Question:
If I do not make either USMA or USNA, I would definately go for a civilian college with AROTC. Some schools (such as Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, etc.) have AROTC, but ship their cadets to another near by school to "do" the AROTC class/training. My question is can I apply for a scholarship to said school who ships their cadets to another school, or must the scholarship be only to a school which has the AROTC program on campus? thanks

Answer:
Usually you would have to actually contact the ivy league school yourself, what most likely happens is that Yale would have a branch detachment that reports to the school where you actually do the training. So in essence you would be part of a part of another schools ROTC prgm.
