Answer:
Your client should contact the school that they will be attending-they will know much more information on this subject. Also your client should fill out FAFSA and they should get grants that do not have to be paid back due to financial issues.

There is a website for bursaries and scholarships under the umbrella of Metis, Native American Indian. I wish I could remember it exactly but try in some of those or look into the grants for the arts.
