Question:
Hi guys. I heard that there are some colleges which offer you full scholarship for your studies and all you need to do is to sign a contract with them stating that you will work with them after graduating or something like that. Does anyone know about such colleges??
Answer:
They don't exist. Why in the world would any company hire someone, committing tens of thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars to someone with no track record? What motivation would you have to do well if they have a contract to hire you afterwards? What assurance will they have that you will graduate on time and do well? Why would they throw their money away?
It just doesn't happen. You need to go to college, work hard, prove yourself, then someone will hire you.
