Has anyone ever not paid their college tuition bill?

Question:
Maybe you withdrew after 2 weeks to find out you only get a 50% refund. Did anyone not pay? If so, what ultimately happened?

Answer:
if you don't pay and you're aboput to graduate, they won't graduate you untill all your dues are paid in full (with penalty)
You might finish a semester and still owe something, but you won't be able to register again or transfer untill you pay it all.
Remember, the longer you wait, the higher the penalty will be.
However, sometimes you can petition it. It depends on the case. Ask your financial counsler and he/she will help you with that.
good luck!
no, you must pay it especially if it is a federal loan ot it will mess up your credit badly. pay it!
Hum a few bars and I might be able to figure out how it relates to music. That is the topic here, isn't it?
I have a friend who defaulted on his student loans. Bad news! They took every cent of his tax refunds and ended up garnishing his check for several years until he paid it off. And his credit was s**t for a long time after that. Also, some companies won't hire you if you have a student loan default on your record. Declaring bankruptcy won't help, that doesn't work... you still have to pay it. Given all the alternatives, paying the loan is really the easiest option.
