If I accept awards (grants, scholarships) given by a college, does that mean I HAVE to go to that college?

Question:
I've been offered financial awards by RIC and URI. I don't know what college I'm going to attend yet, do I accept both?
Yes, of course. You will not be in a position to accept financial aid or scholarships until you accept an offer of admission.
yes
Yes. A college isn't going to give you a scholarship that you can take to some other school. Federal financial aid you can take wherever you like.
