American college student do you think it is right?
Question:
This is not a myth. It is a fact: Illinois is one of 10 states that allow long-term illegal immigrant students to become eligible for in-state tuition.
Foreign students can voice their opinions on this topic. Understand that under these laws you must pay full tuition and can't get in-state tuition.
No I am not a racist or prejudice just a taxpayer.
Answer:
They tried to pass it in Calif. but it didn't go over.
It is not just foreign student that are getting unfair treatment it is out of state students.
And no you aren't racist or prejudice. You are just speaking the facts.
Woo pee do. Good for me I pay quarterly.
no it is not right. illegals just want all that they can get and more!
Why shouldn't they be allowed to get help or to go to college.I UNDERSTAND what college students go through. But it won't help you any to gripe and moan about it.Some ppl have the money and still say "why do I have to pay when an illegal doesn't.".Why, because if they didn't get that assistance ,there would be NO way.Why would you want to keep all of them uneducated. In the long run it will be good for all.
They shouldn't be allowed to get help because they are here ILLEGALLY and therefore do not deserve the same rights as Americans. They do not deserve to come into our country illegally and get paid to go to school.
So, given the choice, would you rather be an undocumented alien? Personally, I'm all for offering education to anyone who really wants it. And since they are paying in-state tuition, it's not like they're getting a free ride. I'd rather see the help go to someone who is truly going to appreciate it, than to just another spoiled, overindulged American kid who feels entitled to everything that gets handed to him.
Besides, wouldn't this be a step in the right direction? Turning an otherwise minimally skilled person into an educated, productive member of society?
