Is it possible to get a job that pays $15-18 an hour with no degree? I am a single mom with 3 yrs college.?

Question:
but no degree. My husband has left us, and I need a better than $10 hr job. I just don't know if it is possible. I don't have time or the money to go back to school, already paying on student loans, I need a better paying job now

Answer:
I am a high school drop out, and my last 3 office jobs were in that salary range. I also had many years of experience in the position. So, it is possible.
HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA....
Tell me if you find one.
I am not trying to be a ***** about this, so don't get me wrong, but I highly doubt if you can, but good luck
You might have to settle for two jobs, like me. I am single parent making ends meet myself.
If you live in Pheonix AX, Brea CA, Indianapolis IN, Norfolk VA, or San Antonio TX you could work for a Mutual Fund company call American Funds who give AMAZING benefits and pay well over $10 an hour. I believe they start out at $28,000 to $30,000 a year and if you have experience maybe more. You do not have to have a degree.. They have very extensive training. Good Luck
A lot of jobs that pay that kind of money require a lot of experience. Barring that, just keep your eyes and ears open for any type of position that you may be interested in. Also, talk to your friends and find out if their employer is hiring and what kind of wages they pay. Best of luck to you and your children.
I have less college than you, and I make money like you mentioned. Look for smaller places with fast advancement. Utilize your skills - stress computer skills. I know you said you don't have the time or money to go back to school, but you may have to do that. If you're lacking in any specific computer area, contact your local Employment office and look into classes they might give. Empire State College online gives "certificate" classes for no credit for under $100. You can work pretty much at your own pace throught the class period (6-8 wks). They can really help you hone your skills in programs like Microsoft Access/Excel etc. I've taken about 8 of them, concentrating on PC Security and Networking. I made myself useful at my job.

Good luck. I know how tough the job market is.
It sucks but no

Go on welfare mami
Yes, you can. it depends on your skill and experience. you can start with an entry level (pay may be low) and fast advancement.
Yes, it is very possible ... even likely, depending on how you sell yourself.
