Is there any college in the US that can offer me a full scholarship i.e tuition and housing included?

pick a few universities and apply for a educational scholarship.your sat is amazingly high. matter of fact all three scores are very high.just pick a college and im sure you can get a full scholarship. i havent seen scores or an sat this high in years. i just guess that american kids are lazy,well some anyway. its great you have taken an interest in your education
With those scores you can probably get into just about any school in the US. You just have to get off the computer and apply.
