SHOULDor i just SHOULDN'T?
Question:
Answer:
Here's what you do and it will still help you out. You can go to a community college (they shouldn't be that expensive if you reside in the state). Try to get a Pell grant or any other type of grants and not a student loan. You might be paying out your @$$ for many years. Also, BE SURE TO GET A DEGREE THAT WILL BE ACCEPT TO ANY LARGER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.
Secondly, you can check online for any online college courses in your area that will accept your credits if you decide to transfer to a much larger university. I hope this helps you out. Take care and aloha friend.
yes
GO TO COLLEGE! You'll benefitt from it! More job opportunities! Take it from me!
dont go to college... theres this guy i know... he didnt go for the same reason and now he's happy (he drives a taxi...i dont think u want to live like that)
Many wealthy people don't have college degrees.
you should go, and why is scholarships out of the question?
Doesnt your council pay for u to go to college?? mine did!! Im sure u can also get paid to go to college! I would recommend going, its fantastic and you meet so many new ppl and its much much better than school!
do it it will realy help you in life and when you become rich and powerful remember who gave you advice
Make it happen, what will you do with yourself if you don't...
Maybe no scholarships, but GRANTS! That was my ticket to college and most everyone is eligible for one grant or another. There are also loans that are deferred... you don't have to pay on them until 2 years AFTER college. Look into all of your options before you opt out on college.
well you really cant go to far in life without a college degree if u have a high GPA or do really good on the ACT then u should be able to get scholarships
Financial Aid...
its worth it. Get loans if need be. After school, they set up a decent payment plan for you. It doesn't hurt nearly as much as not being able to get a decent job because you don't have a degree. Trust me, I'm going through it right now :-S. I'm about to get back to school with loans, cuz this no degree thing just isn't working.
Yeah..You should go!
yes go. studies show that college graduates make more money and have better benefits than non graduates.
take out loans, everyone does. its the only way to go to school these days.
you will pay them off for a long time, but the money you make once your out of school will be more than worth it.
dont let financial issues ruin your chance at a good job
OK. Try a community college. Take some English and grammer courses.
Go to college while you can. If you don't you will regret it, life gets more complicated later so don't wait. apply for scholarships or financial aid. good luck!
Take a break for a year or two if you want to and then decides the big question.
Guys who did bad in college:
President Bush (C grades)
Bill Gates (quit Harvard, halfway thru)
CEOs (both) of Yahoo (quit Stanford, both are on 'prolonged leave')
Definately go to College. There is way too many people in this world to compete with. If you go to college you can at least compete for a good salary.
Scholarships may be out of the question but Financial Aid isn't.
It depends on what you want to do with your life. If you'll be happy with the money you can make and the careers that you can get without a degree then why go? I don't know you and generally I'd say that people should go to college so that they could get better jobs, but it just isnh't right for some people. Amybe you should take a year off first to decide. That might help.
Go to a trade school or community college, you can apply for financial aid and wont have to pay it back until you graduate. It is worth it to go if you want to make something out of yourself. Just think with some sort of degree you will get a good job where you can quickly pay back your loans. Some jobs even reimberse you for going to school.
go to college if you dont u will regret it when you are older and have a rubbish job..if your smart then why are scholorships out of the question?!? bRoAdeN ur MInD :)
Don't say scholarships are out of the question - they have them for EVERYTHING. Do searches for them - ask your guidance counselor for help. There's a lot of really obscure ones that nobody applies for because they don't know about them. I've seen them based on hobbies, what your possible major is, what clubs you belonged to, where your parents worked, even cable companies give them out.
College is worth it. I wish I finished.
Good luck!
Few people have regretted getting an education. You'd be surprised what you can learn. It would be better to go for a major that would make a good living. Because the extra income will easily pay for your education. But you should take what you are most interested also. Go for it, and open up your mind.
why are scholarships out of the question, cause of grades or athletics. You can get a scholarship for more than that, search them on google. You can get scholarship based on a powerful essay, your religion, or many other things. Go to college, or you will never get a good career. You might have a job, but not a good career. I wish that i would have gone to college and gotten a degree. Now I am 25 with two kids working 3 jobs just to support them It sucks, i am now giong back to college in the fall just so that in 4 or 5 years i can have just one job that makes good money. Go now before you have bills and responsibilities and it is too late.
do what ever it take to get in school
Don't waste your money, you don't have the required background education to make it worthwhile.
Do whatever you can to go to college.
Besides being a good experience (and, they can't ever take your education away from you) People who go to college, statistically, make a lot more money than those that don't.
Choose what you want to do... and go for it. You will find a way.
You're conceited.
Yes, go to college girl. Otherwise you'll end up an unhappy waitress in your 40's with a child and possibly no husband. Get your brain trained or you'll be living off of tips for the rest of your life.
Go to college. Believe me it is worth it. As a person that decided to not attend college for a while, going back is very hard, and you need it if you want a good job that you'll enjoy. If you like doing a humdrum job, then don't go to college.
look at it like this, you can struggle financially
for a few years while you are in school. or you can struggle financially your whole life because you did not go to school..
