Will the army still pay for my college if i have a GED? that if they accept me?

Question:
im 16...

Answer:
Yes.
Yes, A GED is the same as a diploma in the ARMY's eyes and will still pay for your college. On a side note, God Bless you for serving your country. I served 7 years in the Navy on an Battleship and loved every minute of it. I am a Vet of the first go round in Iraq and the military has helped me a ton while in and now out of the service. Good Luck to you on "getting in" and I hope all goes well.
Rock on dude. You'd be surprised how easy you can get into a decent college. Hard work but well worth it. $$$
Yes they will pay for your college. My Son is in the Army and he got in on his Home Schooling Diploma. You still have time to work and get some kind of scholarship. Talk to the GED teacher. I know If you make a good score on the GED you are eligible for a good size award.
