Advice for college student in forensic science, crime investigation?

i like all the investigating crimes bodies, forensic science. having trouble what to major in. any advice on what to major to become a crime investigator or something in forensic science. is it recommended to go to a four year college or no?tell me about different jobs in forensic science criminology. is it good pay? or advice from a graduate in forensic science, criminology

not sure where you are located, but check out john jay college of criminal justice, they have a bachelor's level forensic science program...if it's not convenient, it will give you an idea of what is out there

Look into the characters of CSI...
Basically the main character Gil Grissom, was an Entomology major... (Insects)

You can tell how long a body has been dead by insect larva and eggs... WHere it was, what temperature it was and so on.

To be an Entomology major you need to take a lot of biology.

So being a basic biology major is another solid idea.

Major in Biology, with a minor in criminal justice. Most if not all universities have a biology degree program, in which you can pick emphasis courses. And all universities seem to have criminal justice majors and MINORS

Any biological-based major is fine.
