In addition most of the well named schools now offer online registration as well as enrollment via the internet, pick your favorite.
Scholarship in formation can be found by the Stanford Research group out of palo alto california--they have a database of Scholarship and grants that are given througout the country--also check with the University that you choose their Finiancial aid counselors can get you much of the money you need to get your education.
Be persistant in finding money there is a lot out there that people dont even know about which can get you a first class education nearly free! and good luck.
