You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi
You have the NAACP.
You have BET.
If we had WET(white entertainment television) we'd be racists.
If we had a White Pride Day you would call us racists.
If we had white history month, we'd be racists.
Blacks are allowed in Miss America...but they still have Miss Black America, If we had Miss White America, we'd be racists
If we had an organization for only whites to "advance" our lives, we'd be racists.
If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships, you know we'd be racists.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're
not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
You rob us, car-jack us, and shoot at us.
But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.
But, you call us a racists.
Why is it that only whites can be racists?

You don't seem racist, just intellectually curious. There's nothing wrong with that. Hopefully this will help with some of your questions.
Racism is a product of institutional ownership. In other words, whites dominate in the most important areas of society. For example, the Federal Reserve Bank controls interest rates, the chairman is always been white. Our highest political offices in this country have typically been held by whites and the white cultural majority dominates mainstream television and other forms of media. Blacks and other minorities have gained considerable influence, but it's just one minority here or there.
Whites have no reason to celebrate racial pride because they wrote the history books. There have been a lot great things contributed to this country by minorities, but we only talk about them for 28 days a year. An African-American would have to take a class specifically designed to educate them about there culture in order to learn about themselves. Whites have only to go to school. Ask a Native American if Christopher Columbus discovered America. They would probably tell you it was never lost. Only from the white, European perspective was this country a discovery.
As for affirmative action and similar innitatives I'd offer an analogy. I'll challenge you to a mile run. Now here are the conditions: I get a three quarter-mile head start. With that kind of advantage do you even have a chance to win? Would you even want to race? I doubt it. I do agree that minorities have closed the gap in alot of ways. Maybe affirmative action is less needed at the present time.
I can't refer back to what you've wrote, so I don't remember all of your points. I hope this little bit helps.
