Need scholarship answers?

Question: we have tried many sites for scholarships every form requires that you be 18. If you are not it will not go through the processing, if any one has gotten one at the age of 17 without a problem we would like to hear about them, so far all of them that we have tried will cut us off at the question of birthdate. can not get any farther then the first page. please help daughter scheduled to start college in July.
