Is there a website I can go to that has scholarships or grants for college... special circumstances?

Question:
My mother passed away a few years ago, and I live with my grandparents right now. We are currently living off of my grandpa's retirement... I'm bound to be eligible for scholarships or grants because of that. My mother passed away of leukemia. My father is not in my life, or has anything to DO with my life. Help! Where can I go online to find those scholarships or grants? Thank you for any help you may offer.

Answer:
Go to the FAFSA website and see what kind of financial aid you are eligible for. You should be eligible for a lot. I wouldn't recommend accepting any loans though, they are very hard to pay back.

I know there are a LOT of books that have thousands upon thousands of scholarships available for just about anything you can think of. As far as the web goes, look on federal government websites. They tend to be a great source for finding scholarships. Hope this helps!!
go to 43things.com and post that you need a grant/schlorship in the box where it says what do you want to do with your life and then on the side it will come up with all kinds of links you can click on to check out
