Question:
My husband is Philipino/Hawaiian, African, and English. 8 years ago he suffered an AVM (brain trauma). He should be dead or if not dead then comotose for the rest of his life. Thankfully he is neither and after painful reconstruction, is looking to go back to college. We are not well off, and it seems like there should be some scholarships that would work for us since he has had such a difficult background. I've tried to Google and to use fastweb, but I can't find anything specific enough for him. Can anyone help?
