How Can I Get my Work to Pay for College?

Question: I want to ask my employer which is a small technology company (20 people total) if they would want to help with my higher education and pay for some college classes I am taking. However, is there any type of benefit the company could receive for helping me pay for my college, tax breaks possibly?

Answer:
They will pay if it's a benefit they offer. I don't think you can get them to do it just for you. Nothing beats a failure but a try.
