Is my college being ridiculous?!?

Question:
I register for my college math class on-line for my Spring semester 07 and I notice the credit is .05 . I asked the conselor if the credit is right or wrong and he said its just how much you pay and doesn't matter. I said fine and paid according to what cashier at front office told me. My math professor said the credit is an error and you can change it and wouldn't hurt you at all. So I did. I e-mail a lady that control the credit so i don't have to deal with it at the conselor. The other day when I tried to register for classes it said my account is "frozen", and I was freaking out to the point where I walked over to administrative front office to ask whats going on. Turns out that since I asked a request to change the credit from 0.5 to 5.0 I have to pay $90 more in order to print out my transcript or register for classes. I was starting to get mad because I never recieved any warning info that I need to pay $90 for changing my credits. Do I have the right to be mad?

Answer:
heck, YEA! That's sick of them to do that. "It's just how much you pay and doesn't matter."--WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!? THIS YOUR EDUCATION! If there's an error, they should fix it right away. I'm sure there were more baffled students too. Check around and see if anyone else had a problem.
yes?
