Paying for college?

Question:
I've been out of school for about a year and want to transfer to another school. But I can't get my transcript released without paying the rest of my balance off at my old school. Is there anyway I can get a student loan or any type of financial assistance to pay off the balance without being in school right now?

Answer:
go to the bank and get a student loan, you usually wont have to pay it off until you've been out of school for a couple of years.
Ask the college.
you should call the local university credit union. banks wont help you much
yea that is hard.

apply for the college u want to go to
they will send u notification that ur transcript was not received
BUT THEY WILL SEND U AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER ((pending that you send the transcript))
once you get the acceptance letter you can legally get a student loan.
