ARE there ANY special COLLEGE scholarships FOR people WHO were ADOPTED? ANY info APPRECIATED!!?

I am a 19 year old female, adopted at 3 mos. old from San Francisco, California. I would like to see if there are any special scholarships for adopted people. Maybe there is a special one in the state of California-I don't know, any info will help!!

Im sure their are a TON. I'm a 17 year old in a group home in LA county right now, and I've learned that there are a ton of grants/scholarships that are available. Plus I'm on probation, so that extends my opportunities. Look in your prospective college's financial aid office-I'm sure they have many books on financial aid opportunities. Also, the Governors fee waiver can give you FREE money that you dont have to pay back. Student loans are trouble, because, often, students get in tens of thousands of dollars in debt. My mom gets grants, and she gets over $3000 every few months. She also has a part time job with the college, which is also beneficial.
