How to get a foster parent from United States for young man in foreign?
Question:
Answer:
You sound like a serious student and have dreams that you are willing to work for. Your story touches my heat, and I do hope that someone will step forward for you if you are genuine.
You will be applying to colleges as a foreign student if you do not have legal US residency. Have you explored the process of foreign student admissions and scholarship procedures yet? You face many expenses that a US student does not have but that can often be counter-balanced by being offered more aid. If you can establish residency you could enter college as a US citizen and have many more opportunities for financial assistance. A family here cannot legally adopt you because you are over the age of 18 and are legally considered an adult. So adoption is not an option to establish residency.

This is Grant, from Los Angeles California (U.S.).
You are 21 years old. You do not need a foster parent/family. You are a grown man. You can do what you want, so long as you do not break God's very simple rules.
Your letter makes me think you imagine America and Christians are communist. This is not true. You must make your own way in this world.
If you want to come to America (U.S.) (which means us) get to Mexico, avoid the police and cross the border north where least expected.
Since you are a fan of american lingo (hankering) perhaps you might know the famous words of Gen McArthur: "Hit them where they ain't", which means, work in Mexico for a year (God will give you guidance as to who to work for, maybe) to give you time to learn the right way to cross.
Stop asking for handouts, America is a very cruel place for those who have no money.
