Racial & Gender Discrimination?
Question:
Why can they have all female scholarships but not all male ones?
Why can they have scholarships for only African Americans, or other ethnic groups, but not all white scholarships?
What would be the reprecussions of offering a scholarship to English Speaking Caucasian Males only?
I'm a woman, and granted, I am happy that I have opportunities to lead a successful life, but I believe that equal opportunity has gone too far. There is really no equality in our society.

I must agree with you. They pay too much attention to one thing for too long a time. The way it was first written here say equal rights for all anyway and alot was changed in time. So we just have to watch and see!
Equal opportunity is a great idea. But, we are not all equal in all of our abilities or in our general physical makeup.
It is a shame. The whole idea of equality is really only for the person who shouts the loudest and complains about it. For them to put a PC title on it and get what they want.
It really isn't equality and there is a lot of discrimination and even reverse discrimination (which is really still discrimination but if your white and/or male there has to be a different term for it).
