Where can i find any kind of grants or scholarships?
Question:
Answer:
Search fastweb.com
My mom is a single mom with three kids and she's a driver at a pizza place. Fastweb.com helped me find a great college, get accepted, helped with my essays and everything, and helped me find great scholarships and loans. It's free, easy, and definately worth it. I graduate this year, and because of fastwebs great scholarships listed and loans as well, I was able to go to school and graduate with minimul debt.
You likely qualify for FAFSA, the federal aid for students. I am putting my sons through college on it and I am also a single parent. In fact, my older son is graduating in three weeks! Go to the FAFSA.gov site and apply--it's made for people in your situation. You can fill it out for yourself, and get all sorts of help if your folks aren't willing to apply too. Also, there are oodles of scholarships at Fastweb, too. So congradulations--you're on your way to college! One other thing--you should connect with the financial aid department of the college you want to attend. You will be assigned a counselor who will be very willing to help you with all this.
first fill out this http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ . Make sure to register at any school you want,(it will ask you for a school while filling it out) or have an idea. Then after the form has been processed by the government and school, you will be able to find out how much Pell Grant, and student loan money(you dont have to pay them off till you graduate) you qualify for(contact your school after they have notified you telling you they have complete your aid and ask them how much money you will get). Also, you can check out scholarships www.fastweb.com/ .
Scholarship is a better way to get money for your education. There are many programms offering scholarships and government grants offering money for educatio.
