Probably not..no one gives a rats *** about the white male race anymore. Now if you were none white, or handicapped in some way, you'd be going to where ever you wanted on the dime of American tax payers...
Of course there is, it doesn't matter how old you are you can always get a grant or financial aid. Everything is based on how much money you make or don't make. The less money you make the better chance you'll have of getting more money.
