Don't drop out, just see how you can resolve the issue. But College will help you for the future. At least wait until you see the first couple of days. As far as money in some colleges you get money back if you drop out before the first two days.
You won't get your money back. However, you can contact campus security and explain the siutuation and ask for help in the area for food on the campus or in the area. If you have no student ID, you must have a picture ID (Drivers License, Passport) to give to the Admissions people NOW plus your letter of acceptance. You wouldn't have had a room in the dorm without being an accepted student - jump on them, Dude.

How the hell do you go to college with no money?? You have no cash, no atm card, no credit card, but you have net access? Dude, you priorities are screwed. They just found 3 Mexican fisherman in a 25 ft boat after 9 months at sea. They surivived on raw fish and birds for 5000 miles. I think you can last till Monday..... I suggest you make some fast friends down the hall with grub to spare.
