Question: Hello, I'm looking into college soon and I'd like to know of any good experiences with any particular financial aid plans. Any popular companies or organizations?

http://www.fafsa.ed.gov is the best place for government grants. They are need-based.

http://www.fastweb.com is the best place for scholarships, which don't have to be repaid. Many organizations' scholarships are listed here.

As for companies, they all differ with what they can do and what they will do.
