Does this seem wrong to you?

Question:
i'm a sophmore in high school and this summer i did a community service project for school called PYL. at PYL, freshmen spend 2 wks going around the school playing games to get used to it. i was a student advisor. the first thing they told us when we came into the program was don't flirt with the kids, you're their authority figure blah blah. my automatic reaction was "ew why would i?". so the first day i saw this guy and he was cute but i ignored that and thought of him as just a little kid. i got to know him more during PYL and thought he was nice but we were just friends. on the last day of PYL, he wore a gray tailored dress shirt and looked wicked hot. after that the whole "just friends" thing was kind of blown. that night there was this parent potluck and then games for the kids after the parents went home...and i started to flirt. i felt wrong like a child molester or something. since then i've been talking to him on myspace in a flirting fashion and i wanna know if that's wrong.

Answer:
Umm... if they are freshman and you are a sophomore then there is nothing wrong with it. You two are almost the same age. You just aren't supposed to flirt in the program because its unprofessional.
Okay....go to rehab, that makes everything better, I think.what ever happened to Britney Spears, oh well..*goes to eat pancakes* Good Luck
sorry if you told this but my question is how old is he? and does he flirt back. now this is just me but I find it wrong not to be mean but I do find it wrong this is just me
What is the age difference 1 year? There is nothing wrong with that at all. Have fun , you are out of your commitment now.
well how much younger is he? dont feel like a child molester u just were flirting. i dont think its wrong. is he a child or in middle school or something? well if u like him and he like u, and u r both comfortable flirting together. i dont think anything is wrong. its usually difficult to be w/ someone younger while u r in school b/c the maturity levels have very large gaps from one age to another, but if u can like him it must be ok.
i don't think it's wrong.you're not that much older than him.
i'm going out with a guy that's 2 years younger than me
I think it's definitely wrong & eventually you'll feel badly 'bout it. You needed something physical and he was just there so now he's ur guy. Date a man closer or older right away so the vsion of this kid will become clear.he's a little boy. If he took u home to meet mom, what do u think she'd say about u? Yup, ur instincts r correct! Besides, you sound like a decent girl, u don't have to do this.
it's natural to do this, but unprofessonal, look how long is the camp and what is the age difference, if its close like 16 and 18, screw them, go with what u feel, but if it dosen't feel right then don't do it.
I understand that you are a high school freshman, but you neglect to give us the boys age. Its likely you are around 15 years old. If this is the case, I would assume anyone under like 13 would be too young for you. I say this because usually, a girl will mature faster than a boy - so if you were both 15, you would be more mature. So if you have an age difference on top of that - you will have an even larger maturity gap. You can expect the boy to flirt with you - he won't discourage it because he's probably been waiting a few years to see boobs and most likely he's feeling he has a chance. I suggest that if the age difference already makes you uncomfortable, it will only progress. If it feels wrong, it probably is. Good luck.
um if you like him hes only a year behind you, not a big deal.
