R/win value and mtu?


Question:
following on from a previous question,i have a bt home hub and want to use the program "dr tcp"
can anyone let me know the r/win value (tcp recwive window) and the mtu(maximum transmission unit)...i want to use these values to increase the broadband speed ...in a article in pc-advisor it says by editing the number of simultaneous connections from its defualt "2" to either 4 or 6 will give your speed a oomph,so i think i will try that aswell
has anyone anymore advice on using this software?

I never did use any software,but tried tweak in regedit.
