Why does not Yahoo Customer Service respond?

Question: I entered a question about getting a fresh copy of the new photo program because of a corrupted program. So far no one from Yahoo has responded. How in the world will a advisor help? Maybe Yahoo is not the organization that I thought it was.

They are probably just backlogged from the Holidays. Give them a few more days.
