Question:
...after it scanned my computer it said the best choice for my PC would be Vista home premium. Then it lets me look at and compare my stats to the other Vista versions, and THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING! It shows that I have everything needed to run Ultimate, business and Home. What is with this ignorant program? Why doesn't microsoft ever produce anything useful as far as information? When was the last time Windows Help tool actually helped you fix something? Never, for me. Couldn't they make an area for advanced users on their page that actually gives useful information, and not some dumb, vague explanation as to why "T.V. is great with Vista!" or "Experience ground breaking gaming, the way you want it!" thats aimed at the computer illiterate masses?

I feel your frustration. I have the same problem. The way I plan on fixing it is BUYING A MAC. FORGET MICROSOFT AND BILL GATES.
