If American's can't somebody has to. If that means a foreign insurance company so be it.
It is like with alternative energy Brazil makes it own fuel from plants, European countries are heavily into research and development into alternative energy and have been for almost a decade. America has been dragging our collective feet. If we don't get with it other countries will have the jobs and make the money that will come from the use of the inevitable alternative energy.

Wouldn't that be outsourcing? I don't see how that would help. More American competition would though.
I havent seen any better cars yet.
