SR22 vs. Full coverage auto insurance?

Question: Can anyone tell me if full coverage voids the need to have SR22 coverage for a OWI?

the sr22 is a bond that you need to have in addition to your coverage. if you are leasing or financing your vehicle full coverage is still mandatory because you do not own the vehicle.
