Auto insurance without driver license?

Question:
Does anyone know of any insurance company operating in TEXAS that provides minimum liability insurance to drivers without a driver license? This includes a driver license from any US state, territory or other country.

Before I get the ignorant answers about how no company does this, I know that some have and still may, and I know the rates would be very high.

Answer:
i know that many insurance companies insure cars and people with a drivers license from other states and in fact here in san diego there are a lot of insurance places that provide that service to those with mexican driver's licence, i know they do this here because we border with mexico but you might want to check around and ask those small independent insurance companies (considering texas border with mexico as well) just don't go with the big guys they won't do it!
You can insure the car (collision, comprehensive) but you can't insure yourself for liability.

And if you're so sure such companies exist, why not do the search yourself?
NO ONE in any state is going to insure and unlicensed driver. They will insure vehicles but not unlicensed drivers. Good Luck.
i don't remember what company it was but i had and accident with a driver that had insurance in his name but no drivers license (never had one). After the police got my info they let me go and stayed to chat with him. Neither person in his car had a license. Even the cop questioned how he got insurance without a license. I live in Calif. Somewhere out there they do it. Why not go get a license they can take your car if you are driving without one.
Yes, since vehicles are insured, not persons, they would gladly insure your car, and list you as restricted from driving it. So you could have a vehicle, fully covered, for your friends to drive you around with your permission. If you were caught driving, since you are excluded, you would not be covered.
You would insure the vehicle with the coverages you want in your name and add at least one licensed driver. I insure an older lady who gave up her license, she still owns the vehicle and has her assistants drive her around. I listed the regular operators of the vehicle on the policy (there are 3 of them I believe) even though they do not live with her. The rate will be based on the vehicle and the use of the vehicle plus the sex, age and driving record of the driver listed.
