That's not a good idea, I had the same problem before I got my license.The fact is not the point that he doesn't have any insurance. Its the fact that he doesn't have a D.L. If the cause of the accident was him, then he will have to find a way to pay for the damage caused. But depending on the other party involved in the accident, and the severity of the accident, he could be in a lot of trouble, because that they could possibly go to the police with this, and that they will discover that he doesn't have a D.L., which could result in him getting fined for driving without a license. So what he needs to do now is to arrange with the people not to go to the police with this, and then they have to go and find out how much it will cost to fix the car, which then they have to give it to him and he has to find a way to pay for it. This is what I had to do when I did the same thing many years ago. Hope this helps.

I would have to say, if he had no license or insurance, he certainly isn't a young man, but a dumb kid.
Even if the accident wasn't his fault he shouldn't have been driving.
I do not believe that driving is a privilege, but a necessity. But you still have to follow the laws, as dumb as they might be as well.

You're in some serious trouble, likely lawsuits and medical bills. If you are a minor, your parent's will get sued also. The only thing I can say is to start saving every penney you get, hire an attorney, and hope your parent's don't have too many assets, cuz like I said before, they are going to get sued.
