Minor Accident but only have persons name, model of car and cell number.?


Question:
I got into a minor accident and wasn't at fault. I made the mistake of only obtaining the persons name, model of car and cell phone. We agreed to settle it without insurance but now I'm worried. Would I be able to obtain auto insurance or personal information only from their name and information I have?

Answer:
contact your insurance company and let them know what happened and give them the info and let them do the rest depending on how bad it was
