34 year old healthy single male without medical insurance gets into major auto accident. What happens to him?

gets into major auto accident(he only has liability auto insurance cause that's all he can afford). What happens to him? He rents a one bedroom apartment, makes minimum wage & only thing he owns is his 10 year old geo metro and lives with his hamster. If the medical expense is huge & he only has two hundred bucks in his bank account, is there a government help for him for his medical expenses? If not, is there any other way for him to pay for the huge medical expense? He lives in Los angeles county.

You don't have any medical coverage on your side, so you better hope that their side (their insurance) will pay for your hospital bills and/or car replacement.
You may want to look into getting a cheap full coverage policy. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

Who's fault was it? I got into an accident with no insurance. It wasnt my fault, but the other party covered everything. Just a little was deducted because I didnt have insurance.
Darling, your car insurance will pay for your medical bills. If not your car insurance the other persons car insurance will cover it. Get an attorney! The attorney will direct you to a medical facility that will treat you until the settlement is final. The lawyer will not charge you anything until the case is settled. The government will also pay you disability.

every state has a country hospital the state will pick up the bill if he is unable to pay i hope the other driver has full coverage and he should be ok the insurance company will probable paid his wages good luck
