insurance is a subject matter of risk but the risk is variation among the flight, rail & road risks. In flight & rail risk the award of death is subject to the limited amount of compensation, whereas there is no limit of compensaation in road accident risk. Why this variation of the risk amoung these three risks. The Indian government has to take a decision in the house of parliament, in these road accident death risks is a subject matter of maximum limit of compensation for any death or grevious hurt of the passenger/third person in any road accident. This may very effect for control of losses in the auto insurance field. This is the basic responsibility of each and every person of the pedastrains including the owner of the vehicle.
