Anyone know if Infinity auto insurance refunds the extra if u overpaid using Visa?

No they don't do refunds. Your over payment will be credited to your next billing cycle.
If your policy is paid in full for the policy term (until the next renewal date), the company will send you a check for the amount overpaid. If you have not paid the policy in full, they will credit your next billing by the amount of the overpayment.
If you overpaid your premium - regardless of how you paid - they will send you a refund check. They have to - if they do not, contact your agent, explain the situation, he should be refunding your extra premium.
