Can i buy a used car wit just auto a drivers license but no insurance?

you can in australia, not sure where you are though.you can buy a car here without a license,,,,,
If you buy it from a private seller yes. But if you are trying to buy one from a car lot, no. All car sales lots require you have insurance before you leave the lot. Though I would not reccomned not having insurance, you are taking a huge risk.
You can buy it, you just can't DRIVE it until you get insurance. Most dealers won't let you off the lot without proof of insurance.
most places prefer cash as a a drivers licence isn`t worth anything to someone else
